1. Who we are

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form and e-mail. When you write to us, we receive your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Server logs. When you visit the website, the hosting server automatically records technical data such as IP address, date and time, and browser type. This is necessary for the security and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. How long we keep the data

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and for up to 2 years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. for accounting documents if a contract is concluded). Server logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider.

4. Who receives the data

We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes. Data is processed on the servers of our hosting provider SuperHosting.BG in the European Union. We may disclose data to public authorities only when required by law.

5. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies – for example to remember the selected language and, for administrators, to keep them logged in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

6. External links

The “Open in Google Maps” link leads to Google’s website, where Google’s own privacy policy applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@sevttech.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
